Frequently asked questions

Refresh Frisco serves children that have been identified in need through the Frisco ISD school staff and administration.  We are currently providing for students in Frisco, but once we grow we would love to expand our services to surrounding school districts.

 Our Refresh Packs are tailored to the child's age and gender.  A basic pack will include the following full-sized, new, and unopened items:  toothpaste, toothbrush, floss, shampoo, conditioner, body wash/bar soap, chapstick/lip balm, comb/brush, and lotion.  Packages for those in middle and high school will also include shaving cream, deodorant, and feminine products.   Ethnic shampoo and conditioner available upon request.  

Quarterly, we deliver individual pre-packaged bags (Refresh Packs) to Frisco ISD schools that include essential hygiene products to last each child for 3 months.   

We are currently providing for those Frisco ISD schools that require the greatest need.  As we grow, we will expand to meet our goal of ensuring that every child in our community has access to personal hygiene items.

Our Refresh Packs are  discreetly distributed to the students via the school administration.  The student's identity is protected and confidential.    

Absolutely!   Proper hygiene is important for a child's health and self-esteem.  At Refresh Frisco, our mission is to ensure that every child in our community has access to personal hygiene items.   We can only accomplish this mission with your help and the help of others.  Please consider donating so we may be able to supply a quarterly Refresh Pack of hygiene items to every child in need in Frisco ISD.   Thank you for helping us make a difference in the lives of many Frisco kids!
